Logline: An American homeowner describes the wrath of her mortgage lender, the ominous Wells Fargo "Playbook," ambiguous Dodd Frank Act and a polarized commercial banking system during the Great Recession of 2008.

Synopsis: In 2008, a worldwide financial, unemployment and foreclosure crisis left millions of Americans jobless and homeless. Analysts fear that taxpayer bailouts for the world's largest banks could be the new norm in the United States.  The Dodd Frank Act and Wells Fargo "Playbook" are featured in this short-subject documentary, as one homeowner gives a personal testimony as it relates to the blatant presence of institutional racism and white-collar criminality within a complex and dubious commercial banking industry.

Director's bio: In 2014-2015, Candice produced and directed a 16-episode, community-based web series titled "Green Gotham" which highlighted award-winning and notable activists, educators and entrepreneurs who advocate for local, national and global environmental solutions.  She is a member of New York Women in Film & Television and SAG-AFTRA.

Director's statement: This ultra-low budget film began with my personal testimony. It has been a privilege to have the opportunity to speak up on behalf of those who have been left unsheltered and unemployed in the aftermath of the Great Recession.
